Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and every effort is made to begin and end sessions on time. If this is your first appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to read, complete and sign the patient information forms required for treatment. For subsequent treatments, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Occasionally, it may be necessary to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations must be made by 6:00 p.m. on the evening prior to the scheduled appointment. If the scheduled appointment is not canceled by 6:00 p.m. the evening before, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
Your appointment will be considered a “No-Show” if you have not canceled your appointment and, having not called to explain, do not arrive within 15 minutes past your appointment time. You will be charged for the full reserved time missed and are responsible for this payment prior to the rendering of future services.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
